When will my order arrive?

Orders are expected to be delivered within 7 business days from purchase

Where do you ship your products?

We ship to all governorates in Egypt. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary slightly accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only offer cash on delivery.

What is your return and refund policy?

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.
Customers cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Once the item arrives back with us, we'll process your refund or send the exchange.
